Sanitary Sewer Repairs. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through online and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid made payable to the order of the Central Delaware County Authority. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. All Contractors and Subcontractors of any tier that perform work under this contract must comply with the Authority Policy for Responsible Contractors. Each bidder must submit a Contractor Responsibility Certification, and if applicable, a Subcontractor list and Subcontractor Responsibility Certification with the bid. Failure to submit the documents may result in bid being rejected. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the best interest of the Authority.
