The purpose of this electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) is for the State Entity to establish a one-time buy with a single qualified Offeror who will provide materials, labor and supervision and installation of ADA Compliant Door Operators throughout the state of Georgia for the Department of Driver Services. All required documents MUST BE RETURNED as an attachment with the bid package in order to be considered as a responsive bid. No response other than written will be binding upon the State. The Department of Driver Services is requesting a quote to provide and install automatic ADA door operators at 23 locations on 34 doors. The operators must be low-energy electromechanical swing operators that are rated for high-abuse and hightraffic areas. The operators must have a closing force that can overcome severe wind and have a manual assist that will take over when the door is manually opened to a minimum of 5 degrees. Each door must have a push button or touchless actuator located on both sides of the door. (In locations that have double doors, all doors should be activated by a single actuator on either side of the double doors.)
