This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by BCNET to prospective Proponent(s) to submit proposal for the provision of Life Safety System Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Part 2) (the "Deliverables"). The services may include but not limited to labour, equipment, materials, fuel, transportation, overhead and all that is necessary for the implementation of a preventive maintenance program of inspections, maintenance and functional tests, repair and/or servicing its Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Sprinklers, Standpipe Systems, Fire Hose, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Hydrants, Emergency Lights and Exit Signs to ensure they remain operable as designed and required by applicable standards, requirements, and governing regulation(s).
