These materials shall be removed from the property and disposed of at the contractor's own expense in a disposable site approved by applicable State Authorities. The City of Altus Landfill will not accept general demolition debris or asbestos as a result of this project. Any material the contractor desires to salvage must be completed by the contract time of completion date determined to be sixty (60) days from date on Notice to Proceed.
