Renovation of an educational facility in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is generally described as providing fall protection anchors along the walls around the perimeter of the black box theater at the two crosswalk levels and along the support beams on the two cross-over catwalks at the upper catwalk level. The fall protection allows theater personnel to access the theater lighting while remaining safely tied off in the event of a fall. In Compliance With This Invitation For Bids And To All The Conditions Imposed Herein, The Undersigned Offers And Agrees to Furnish the Services at the Price(s) Indicated On Bid Form. The purpose of this conference is to discuss with prospective Bidders the scope of work and to answer questions arising from their initial review of this IFB. Bidders should have reviewed the IFB thoroughly before the Pre-Bid Conference and be familiar with its contents. Please bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation. If ADA accommodations are needed, please contact Deborah Cooper at (434) 395-2094.
