Notice is hereby given that the Burlington County Bridge Commission ("Commission") is requesting the submission of Qualification Statements from New Jersey Registered Architects to provide architectural services with documented experience in renovations, space planning, design, construction management, and other related services for facilities and property owned and operated by the Commission. Interested Firms may obtain the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") electronically by going to the Commission's web site. From the home page, click on Public Information and then Purchasing. At the bottom of the screen, the RFQ is listed in the Bids, RFPs, RFQs table. First time users are required to register to view any documents other than the advertisement. Those already registered are to log on using their User Name and Password. Any questions regarding the registration process are to be directed by email to helpdesk@bcbridges.org. This RFQ is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible Firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible Firms are encouraged to submit Proposals. All Firms will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action, P.L. 1977, c. 33 (N.J.A.C. 52:25-24.2) Statement of Ownership, and P.L. 2004, c. 57 and P.L. 2009, c.315 as amended (N.J.S.A. 52:32- 44) New Jersey Business Registration. Regular Commission business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM subject to Com-mission Holidays. Facsimile Qualification statements will not be accepted. Late Qualification statements will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Firm. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and waive any immaterial defects or informality in any submission should it be in the best interest of the Commission to do so. All submissions become the sole property of the Commission. The preparation of the Qualification statement shall be at the expense of the Firm. The Commission will not reimburse any Firm for any costs associated with the preparation or submittal of any Qualification statement. It is the responsibility of the Firm to fully examine the submission and to respond accordingly.
