The City of Williamsburg requests your written quotation and responses to provide consultation services to update the current City of Williamsburg Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The updates and revisions should use the most current Virginia Department f Emergency Management (VDEM) guidance for EOP formatting, in concert with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) planning guidance, and what is most appropriate to the city staff's ability to utilize the plan. The revisions and updates will be developed and reviewed under consultation with critical stakeholders and prepared for a delivery date of February 20, 2024. The due date of February 20, 2024 will help ensure that the EOP revisions and updates will be completed on time and in a presentable format to be adopted the by City of Williamsburg City Council for their regularly scheduled March 2024 council meeting. All questions must be submitted in writing to Larry Snyder at least five days prior to the closing date October 3, 2023 @ 2:00PM. All inquiries for information should be directed to Larry Snyder, Fire Chief - lsnyder@williamsburgva.gov Bids will be received until the Date and Time noted above for furnishing the Goods/Services described herein and then opened in public. Any Bids received after due date and time will not be consider. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
