All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in writing to Bids@stpetersmo.net under the subject line "23-172 - Venture Sanitary Pump Station Replacement" before noon local time, October 5, 2023. The City of St. Peters reserves the right to evaluate the responses submitted; waive any irregularities therein; select candidates for the submittal of more detailed or alternate proposals; accept any submittal or portion of submittal; reject any or all firms submitting responses, should it be deemed in the City of Peters best interest; or cancel the entire process and solicit again at a later date. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and issuance of awards.
