Reference Number 0000255148 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for technical proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide as and when required materials testing and inspection services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at 3 CDSB Wainwright, AB. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT Documents. The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $100,000.00. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 15,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up is $ 25,000.00. Refer to the ITT document for additional information. The Consultant will be required to provide as and when required material testing Services in support of the following types of projects: .1 Field sampling and monitoring; .2 Concrete analysis and reporting; .3 Asphalt analysis and reporting; .4 Soils analysis and reporting; .5 Aggregates analysis and reporting. The Services may include, but are not be limited to, the following: .1 Testing on site; .2 Collecting field samples; .3 Conducting laboratory testing; .4 Providing written reports and data on field and laboratory testing completed; .5 Providing Engineering recommendations based on results and analysis; and .6 Providing field and data testing reports.
