This bid/proposal covers the requirements of Regional School District #16 and Woodland CIP within the town of Beacon Falls for all the necessary trades. Bidders will include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to fulfill the requirements of these bid specifications. The Work generally includes demolition of the track surfacing, including asphalt, saw cutting and repaving, Fulldepth and asphalt depth track paving. Chain link fencing, drainage and grading, as required to accommodate the new track cross-section and elevations. Construction includes repair and re-establishment of existing subgrades, installation of a new asphalt track and resurfacing, field events as well as new perimeter fencing, asphalt walks & drainage. Alternates include various levels of restoration to the interior natural turf athletic field, and an alternate to completely replace the interior field with synthetic turf as well as alternates for a new Public Address system and Pedestrian lighting at the adjacent pathway.
