This project is broken down into four (4) prime contracts, General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Contracts. The base project scope includes selective demolition of the existing interior of the building, new GWB partitions, new flooring and ACT ceiling system, new casework in each classroom and specialty education space, new sinks in designated classrooms, new power distribution, lighting and accessories, new data and security distribution and accessories, upgraded mechanical systems and distribution to the new building layouts.
