Reference number : 1850849 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The Saguenay Port Authority, hereinafter called the Owner, is launching a call for tenders to select a supplier for the construction of the new storage area in the South-West sector of the Grande-Anse Maritime Terminal. Bidders are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with this submission, the terms of which may be modified or canceled at the discretion of the Owner. Notwithstanding the nature or content of the responses received. Only the name of the Bidders will be announced during the session. Any questions or clarifications required in relation to this invitation to tender must be submitted in Excel and PDF format, by email to the same email addresses mentioned above. Questions must be submitted no later than five (5) business days before the bid opening date . The APS reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received and to remove certain parts of the contract. The APS will also not be liable to any suit or claim for costs or losses suffered by bidders as a result of such decisions.
