During the bidding period, questions regarding the project shall be e-mailed to the attention of Dorsey Wertz at dwertz@gatterdiehl.com . Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, which can be in the form of a certified check, a cashier's check, or a bid from an approved Surety Company. The bid guarantee should be for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, payable to Chestnut Ridge School District. Prevailing Wage and Human Relations Act: The construction work for this project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, and the Federal Davis Bacon Act. Contractors must pay appropriate prevailing minimum rates. Additionally, the project is subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
