Clark Construction Group has been selected by The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) and The Department of Social Health Services (DSHS) as the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM), for the Western State Hospital - New Forensic Hospital project. Clark Construction is soliciting bids for the Demolition and Abatement scope, which is part of the enabling work for the New Forensic Hospital project and consists of the structural demolition of 11 existing structures, corresponding foundations, and abatement throughout. The scope will also include demolition of site above-grade structures and associated footings, including the existing Quad Security Fence. Select salvage and concrete crushing.
