Renovation of a museum in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 35,000-square-foot, three-story above grade museum.

This project is an interior renovation to approximately 35,000SF of the existing Nauticus Museum to refresh the interior finishes and support the new Museum Exhibits. The trades involved are concrete, structural and misc. steel, handrails, glass handrails, cold form metal framing, Unistrut framing, caulking, firestopping, spray fireproof patching, doors/frames/frames and hardware, storefront, bi-folding partition, metal studs and drywall, ACT and wood ceilings, carpet and rubber flooring, painting, Acoustical Panels, Fire Protection, HVAC, and Electrical. Note: The following Trades have already been awarded: Demolition, Flooring and Electrical
