Broomfield Heights Middle School Construction Budget - $2,903,000.00 Scope of work: Small amount of interior renovation, retaining wall repairs, fire alarm, ADA toilets and some interior finishes Broomfield High School Construction Budget - $14,948,000.00 Scope of work: Interior renovation, interior finishes, Partial roof replacements and fall protection, Football field, track, bleachers, press box, stadium lighting replacement, New athletic field toilet facilities and utilities, Parking lot resurfacing, mechanical renewals and fire alarm. Fireside Elementary Construction Budget - $1,681,000.00 Scope of work: Electrical equipment, some interior finishes and parking lot reconfigurations Construction documents for Fireside Elementary wer issued on September 29, 2023; the construction documents for Broomfield Heights Middle School are scheduled to be completed on October 31, 2023 and the construction documents for Broomfield High School are scheduled to be completed on November 13, 2023. An architect and construction manager have been selected. Construction is scheduled to begin on June 3, 2024 and be completed on September 2, 2024.
