Reference Number 0000256111 The intent of this procurement is to establish a standing offer agreement (SOA) with a maximum value of $535,000 to repair foundation walls and install sump pumps at various Residential Housing Units. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, crack repair, foundation waterproofing, replacement of perimeter drainage, supply and installation of new sump pumps and new window wells, backfill and landscaping, removal and reinstall of steps at 2 entrances, and landing and walkway concrete replacement. Call-ups against the Standing Offer Agreement will be made on an as required basis. The Standing Offer Agreement will be in place for a period of one (1) year and if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, may be extended for one (1) one-year period under the same terms and conditions. The maximum amount of this Standing Offer Agreement during the first period stated above is $535,000. For each extension described above, the maximum amount that can be expended will be increased by $350,000. Even though you have been invited to bid, should your DCC bidding privileges have been suspended and you submit a bid on future DCC SOAs, said bids will be rejected and no SOA will be awarded to said tenderer.
