Mechanical fastened over existing aluminum drip edge. Install new 4" x 6" aluminum drip edge over existing drip edge, fastened with screws & washers. Wash, apply primer & apply. 6" peel & stick cover tape over drip edge. Apply seam tape to all seams & apply seam sealer caulk. All transition - Skylights, roof hatch, AC units & intake vents to be resealed. Skylights- remove any loose caulk, remove any foreign debris, wash area and apply new bead of clear silicone @ all 4 skylights. Strip Architectural shingle @ B & D. Rubber/shingles @ A & D Install ISO board 32" up roof @ B & D. Rubber @ A & C to go up roof 32" rubber to be glued down. Install ice and water shield throughout roof as a secondary protection. (From bottom to top) @ B & D Install 30-year Architectural shingles to match existing color @ B & D. Last course to be fastened @ termination bar to be terminated over existing drip edge. Remove & Replace 6 drain basket & mounting housing.
