Renovation of a transportation facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Airport Consultant for Mechanical Equipment Replacement The review and evaluation of the submitted Proposals will take estimated 60 to 90 days before notification from the City of Wichita that a contract has been approved by City Council. Replacement of air handling unit(s), chillers, including tying two existing chiller units together, and associated circulating pumps per the detailed listing attached titled "1801 North HVAC Equipment Replacement". Replacement or improvements to the mechanical equipment controls, frequency drives, smoke detectors and detection system, and chemical treatment per the detailed listing attached titled "1801 North HVAC Equipment Replacement". Replacement ofsmall mechanical equipment office units similar in size and number of existing units. Work is located at 2163 Air Cargo Road. Replacement ofIT Data room interior CRAC units and design ofmaintenance loop and additional valves for redundancy on existing system. Work is located at 1761 Airport Road. Design of new system, including calculating cooling loads, specifying acceptable equipment and evaluating electrical service to support new system. Work is located at 7710 SW Blvd .
