Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 30,602-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Expansion of UQAT. The new building will include an administrative unit, interdisciplinary teaching and research clinic, teaching and research unit (UER) in Health Sciences and will have a direct link with the existing one. The community hall will serve as a bridge between the existing building and the new one. TIMELINE: Contracts for architectural and engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance have been concluded. Tender for general contractor is scheduled for February, 2025. Construction start is anticipated in summer, 2025, and completion in spring, 2027. Further update in early 2025.
