The project scope includes utility construction within three separate sites in the City of Grapevine, Texas. Construction includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewer lines by open cut, by other than open cut and by pipe bursting methods. Also included is 6" waterline replacements within Anglers Plaza. All long side sanitary sewer services on main lines to be pipe bursted are to be replaced by pipe bursting methods with 4" HDPE (DR-21) pipe. The short side services on main lines to be pipe bursted are to be open cut and replaced with 4" SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer pipe. All long side water service are to be bored. A summary of major items for construction are: 1,873 LF of 6" PVC Waterline Installation 18 New Water Services 793 LF of 6" PVC San. Sewer Pipe by Open Cut 3,685 LF of San. Sewer Pipe Bursting with 6-inch HDPE pipe. 734 LF of San. Sewer Pipe Bursting with 8-inch HDPE pipe. 848 LF of San. Sewer Pipe Bursting with 12-inch HDPE pipe. 1,144 LF of 20" Steel Casing by Other Than Open Cut 1,166 LF of 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe 26 New San. Sewer Manholes 32 short side sanitary sewer services. 29 long side sanitary sewer services. 2,503 SY Asphalt pavement replacement for open cut water and sanitary sewer replacements. SNAKEY LANE SITE: Construction includes the installation of a new 18" sanitary sewer main within Snakey Lane and the abandonment of an existing 15" sanitary sewer main. Snakey Lane roadway is to be replaced with new 8" asphalt paving for the entire length of 18" sanitary sewer main installation. A summary of major items for construction are: 1,650 LF of 18-inch PVC Pipe by Open Cut Methods. 10 new 6' diameter sanitary sewer manholes. 1,650 LF grout and abandon existing 15" sanitary sewer. 4,660 SY of 6" thick cement subgrade stabilization. 4,272 SY Full width asphalt street replacement LAKERIDGE DRIVE PROJECT SITE: The projects consists of the installation of an internalized storm drain system along Lakeridge Drive from Slough Drive to Ridge Lane. Construction includes varying sizes of drop inlets, varying sizes of RCP, a flared winged concrete headwall, and roadside ditch improvements. The storm drain system will require 6" waterline relocations along Lakeridge Drive.
