Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Phil Campbell, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and fitness / recreation center.
The scope of work includes the minor demolition and architectural, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and fire alarm renovation. Bidders will be required to work with the Owner's representative on all low voltage and fiber work to be removed or relocated. The Owner will be prequalifying bidders. A completed Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA DocumentsA305, with attachments shall be submitted to Robins &Morton, attn: Robert White atRWhite@robinsmorton.com,or by regular mail or hand delivery, before 5:00 PM CST, Wednesday, October 4,2023. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to (Owner) Alabama Community College Systemin an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and insurance in compliance with requirements, and verification of E-Verify enrollment will be required at the signing of the Contract.
