Renovation of a municipal facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers, Inc., Terry Jacks, 201 East Markham, Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (501)374-3731. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. The scope of this project generally includes the removal of existing windows and doors and the replacement of the windows and doors with new products as specified. The scope includes blocking, flashing, exterior prefinished metal trims, interior wood trims and sills, and painting / finishing as specified.
