Questions Deadline: 10/11/2023 12:00 PM (CT Region 18 Education Service Center (Region 18 ESC) will accept requests for proposals from qualified companies to purchase and install (4) interior glass doors within the Region 18 ESC building located at 2811 LaForce Boulevard, Midland, TX. All work performed as a result of this bid is subject to the General Terms and Conditions incorporated and made a part of this RFP. No work shall be performed prior to the issuance of a Region 18 ESC purchase order with authorized signatures. All work must be approved in writing and in advance. The Contractor will solely be responsible for maintaining all permits, following all applicable regulations, licenses, or approvals required by any governmental agency, including but not limited to federal, state, or local. The Contractor may be required to meet with designated Region 18 ESC personnel prior to the start of the contract, at this time the Contractor may be required to submit a plan of operation. The Contractor may also be required to meet periodically with the designated Region 18 ESC personnel to discuss services. Failure to Respond: Region 18 ESC will not pay for incomplete services. If the awarded Contractor is unable or refuses to respond to a request which is within the scope of the contract, Region 18 ESC reserves the right to contact and use another available contractor and will deduct the differential cost of their services from any outstanding invoices of the awarded contractor.
