UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor for to provide interior office remodel including a new breakroom, conference room, wall and ceiling insulation, new doors, and a reception desk. ADDRESS: APN# 162-22-701-003 UNLV is located in the city of Las Vegas and is emerging as a premier urban university. UNLV currently has over 220 undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degree granting programs and serves approximately 28,000 students. Additionally, there are approximately 3,000 faculty and staff. The University's 340-acre campus is located in the southeast part of the City, near the Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. Scope of Work: The project includes expansion of an existing conference room, and creation of a small break room. The project will add wall and ceiling insulation to all interior walls, new ceiling tile and light fixtures, new doors and card readers, a new reception desk, kitchen millwork, and associated infrastructure. The existing space has new carpet, base and paint that are to remain, and will need minor touch up as noted on the drawings as needed for the remodel work.
