To have contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to maintenance dredging by mechanical method sandy material from the Hallowing Point State Park- Boat Ramps located on the Patuxent River and dispose the material via beach nourishment onto adjacent beach, 6904 Hallowing Point Lane, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
