Two 1,000,000 Gallon Welded Steel Ground Storage Tanks in San Luis, Arizona: The complete cleaning and repainting of the interior surfaces, and the complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional Work items include: installation of a new 16 in. diameter shell pipe penetration in Well #5, roof manholes, clog-resistant roof vents, and interior column guide clips; modification of the stairway top-rails, platform toe bars, and roof safety railing toe bars; including other miscellaneous repairs. The Bidders attention is directed to the Detailed Technical Specifications for a complete description of the Work and the Project. The contract documents, plans, specifications, and evaluation reports will be on file at the office of Mr. Manuel Hernandez, 1090 East Union Street, P.O. Box 3750, San Luis, Arizona 85349; and in the office of the ENGINEER, Tank Industry Consultants - Headquarters: 7740 West New York Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46214- 2988, telephone 317/271/3100, FAX 317/271/3300; and East Regional Office: 13146 Midlothian Turnpike, Suite 312, Midlothian, Virginia 23113-4200, telephone 804/897-7176 FAX 804/897-7178, until the bid opening. The contract documents, plans, specifications, and evaluation reports may be reviewed at the above locations by appointment only. Checks for the bid documents are to be made out to and delivered to Tank Industry Consultants, 7740 West New York Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46214.
