**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 10/06/2 to 10/17/23** Installation of approximately 2,860 LF of 6-inch SDR 21 Force Main, plus or minus 68 LF of 8-inch SDR 35 gravity sewer; demolition of an existing tank in the Total Concept Mound System, a sanitary manhole, a 6-foot diameter pre-cast lift station and valve vault and all other necessary equipment required to construct the Project as presented in the construction drawings. Bid shall include all implicit and explicit labor, equipment, and ancillary items required to develop a fully functional system. Work shall be constructed under a Unit Price Contract. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on a State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013). Each Bid shall be accompanied by the Contractor's Bid Attachment (included with the Contract Specifications) to Form 96, a Financial Statement. No consideration of price escalation will be given; therefore, Contractors are advised not to include any such escalation clauses in their proposal for this Project. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids is expected to be funded by a State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan, administered by the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA). The Contractor to whom the work is awarded shall comply with all requirements of said agencies.
