Hogan & Associates Construction, Inc., Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for Ogden School District is requesting bids for the Ogden HS Teen Center and Ben Lomond HS Teen Center in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by VCBO Architecture, 524 S 600 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84102. All project correspondence including RFI's, clarifications requests and product approval requests must be emailed to Rick Sandberg ( rsandberg@hoganconstruction.com ). All correspondence must include proper backup with clear description of questions/request and references to plan pages, details, specification sections, etc. Ogden School District will require employee screening and background checks of personnel working on the project site. This is a $35.00 cost per employee and is the responsibility of each subcontractor to pay for each employee. Anyone failing the background check will not be allowed on-site. Hogan as the CM/GC is thankful to be part of the Ben Lomond HS Teen Center and Ogden High School Teen Center projects. These unique projects provide a safe and private space for students who are experiencing homelessness or other hardships while in school. Hogan is donating our management services and overhead and profit for the projects at no cost to Ogden School District. We would welcome any consideration or any break on cost from anyone who participates as well. Ogden School District and these students at risk will be grateful for your generosity and for any help that can be given. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals or to waive any formality or technicality deemed in its best interest. Qualifications may be requested, before or after the bid date, of any bidder.
