Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
**As of October 13,2023, project was awarded tO Griffin Painting, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The work consists generally of sanding and painting of 2-story playhouse exterior walls and roof, as well as maintenance, deep cleaning, and painting of the entry bridge to the Magical Bridge Playground play house structure. Work shall be completed within 30 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. The City of Redwood City is now accepting bids for the Magical Bridge Playground Painting Project. Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to City in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by City in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda e-mailed, mailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties recorded by City as having received Bidding Documents. City may not answer questions received after Friday, September 22, 2023. Before you may start any Work at the Site, you must attend a pre-construction conference. The pre-construction conference may be arranged through Aaron Nair at (6 5 0 ) 7 8 0 - 7 4 7 4 .
