The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for the purchase and installation of 349 metal storage lockers delivered F.O.B Destination to NFTM's Bus Garage facilities located in Buffalo, New York. NFTM Reserves the right to award as a whole or in part. The installation of the lockers is subject to a NYS Prevailing Wage Rate. Refer to Section 10 below for more information. Lockers: The lockers must meet the following technical requirements: Single door lockers 12"w x 18"d x 78" h with lift handle, legs, sloped tops, base plates. Two tier lockers (2 doors) 12"W x 18"d x 78" h with lift handle, legs, sloped top, base plates. Lockers specified as a set- means it is a gang of three (3) (which can be single or two-tier). Color to be a dark Navy Blue. All lockers are to include a coat hook and lift handles. Included in the scope of work is all labor, tools, material equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as outlined herein.
