The Fayetteville Public Works Commission hereinafter referred to as Commission manages and controls various pieces of equipment. As the legal title holder of equipment, the Commission has approved the sale of equipment by sealed bid. The surplus transformer shipment #644 consists of one (1) lot of forty (40) pad mount transformers, totaling 2375 KVA. The Commission reserves the right to withdraw the equipment from sale at any time and the right to reject any and all bids, waive all informalities concerning a bid or award a bid to the highest responsible bidder. The successful bidder must remit payment within 30 calendar days from the bid award. The PWC Supply Chain Department accepts wire transfers, certified checks, or money orders as forms of payment. All items must be picked up from the PWC within 10 business days after receipt of payment. The PWC does provide loading, packing, shipping, and/or labor assistance for pickups. The successful bidder must arrange and perform all necessary transportation to ship, and/or remove the items. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
