The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of several office buildings. Flintco is requesting Bid Proposals for subcontractor work related to the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical in in multiple buildings. The proposals requested are for Bid Package 8 - Multiple Bldgs. Generator & Fire Pump Replacements All proposals must be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers included herein and received by Flintco prior to the deadline of 2:00 PM on OCTOBER 20, 2023. For electronic submissions, all bid documents, including supplemental information, should be compiled, and emailed as one (1) PDF file, delivered to: AUSBids@Flintco.com. Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. A Pre-Bid / HUB Mixer will be held and the dates for the same will be issued in a forthcoming CM Amendment. The work generally includes: replacing five existing generators, adding a new dedicated generator, and replacing one diesel fire pump at various buildings operated by the Texas Facilities Commission. Other distribution equipment will be replaced as required to reset the operating cycle of the emergency electrical system. Careful phasing to maintain emergency electrical system operations throughout construction is required
