Tender for demolition of the building located at 975, boulevard Saint-Joseph will be finalized at a later date. Tender for construction of the global project will be determined once all approvals and permits are in place. Budget for construction of the headquarter is $96,000,000. Budget for interior upgrades of the parking building is $19,000,000.
