Demolition of the building located at 975 Boulevard Saint-Joseph Gatineau, QC, is planned. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Tender for demolition of the building located at 975, boulevard Saint-Joseph is scheduled for early 2026. Tender for construction process is anticipated to start in April, with award in place in August, 2026. Construction is expected to start in late summer, 2026, with commissioning in May, 2029. Budget for construction of the headquarter is $96,000,000. Budget for interior upgrades of the parking building is $19,000,000.
