The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to business in Louisiana, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of necessary materials within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
