Completion Date: March 31, 2025 The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the City of Monroe Civic Campus Renovations and all related work, all in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Project Manual, and Addenda (if any). Specific work includes, but is not limited to, 22,000 square foot addition / renovation to an existing single-story government office building, inclusive of an Administrative (City Hall) wing and a Justice (Courts) wing. Sitework includes revised parking, hardscape and landscape improvements.
