City of Monroe Civic Campus Renovation Site Directions: From I-5 Everett, take US 2 East to Monroe. Turn right at intersection of US 2 and 179th Avenue SE. At intersection of 179th Avenue SE and West Main Street turn left. In approximately one-half mile, the project location (site of current City Hall) will be on the right at 806 West Main Street, Monroe, WA 98272. Est. Completion Date: March 31, 2025 The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the City of Monroe Civic Campus Renovations and all related work, all in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Project Manual, and Addenda (if any). Specific work includes, but is not limited to, 22,000 square foot addition / renovation to an existing single-story government office building, inclusive of an Administrative (City Hall) wing and a Justice (Courts) wing. Sitework includes revised parking, hardscape and landscape improvements. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a cashier's check, or a bond issued on a form acceptable to your surety made payable to the City of Monroe for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal deposit. Incomplete proposals and proposals received after the time stated above will not be considered. Faxed or emailed responses are not acceptable. Estimate constraction range 12000000 to 13000000
