This project involves major interior renovations throughout the campus, including a New Secured Front Entry Vestibule, Upgrades to Corridors, Commons/ Media Center/ Cafeteria for Student Collaboration. A New Building Addition for Fine Arts (including Band, Choir, Theater), Science Labs and Classrooms. Life Cycle Improvements including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, Technology and Security, Interior Finish Upgrades. Removal of Existing Portables, Minor Exterior and Site Improvements. Step I The Evaluation Committee will evaluate and rank each Statement of Qualifications submitted in relation to the selection criteria set forth herein. Step II The second step will consist of a Request for Proposal ("RFP") process where a minimum of three (3) but not more than five (5) of the top-ranked firms from Step I will be invited to an interview and requested to provide a base fee, general conditions, and pre-construction fee proposal ("Proposals"). One offeror will be selected for the project in Step II as a result of the interview and using specific project evaluation criteria including but not limited to the project-specific qualifications and total fees as determined to provide the "best value" to the District.
