As of July 2, 2024 this project was awarded to Portland Utilities Construction Company, Inc with the awarded amount of $3, 638, 871.13 The Project includes the following Work Installation of UV-cured CIPP liner throughout approximately 5,835 LF of sewer line (ranging in size from 8" to 18" diameter), the replacement of approximately 4,380 LF of existing 8" gravity line with 12" gravity line via pipe-bursting, the rehabilitation of 530 VF of manhole structure, the replacement of approximately 3,615 LF of 8" gravity sewer line, the removal and replacement of approximately 185 VF of concrete manhole structure, the installation of 91 watertight frame and covers, the replacement, reconnection and installation of approximately 171 private lateral sewer lines and sewer cleanouts, and locating, raising, and rehabilitation of 4 manholes at locations shown in plans.
