Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Williamson, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids must be marked "Town Complex Parking Lot Repaving", contain a non-collusive bidding certificate and prevailing wage rates. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all bids. From the sidewalk on Route 21 all asphalt, currently paved area, to the white line in the drive to Breen's parking lot on the east side of the Town Complex. Mill to a depth of 2" the entire area and then clean area. Fill all low areas and compact with hot asphalt. Repair and raise catch basins to grade. Spray entire area with Tac-coat. Pave entire area with 2" of #7 top, spread and rolled (approximate finish). Clean debris from job areas when completed. The Town will take all the millings.
