Airport Runway Rubber Removal Routine Services The awarded contractor will provide all insurance, labor, materials, and equipment to remove rubber deposits and to repaint the centerline the full length of the Santa Barbara Airport Runway 7-25. License Requirements: D-38 Bid Bond: 0.00% Bidders are hereby notified that a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total will be required from the successful bidder for bids exceeding $25,000. Bidders are hereby notified that a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total will be required from the successful bidder for bids exceeding $25,000. A pre-bid meeting will not be held.
