The Work includes but is not limited to: Towers shall be inspected for mechanical/structural soundness and to ensure that they remain in compliance with FCC and FAA requirements and are to be inspected once annually. Contractor is to advise if any repairs are needed on the towers via an inspection report which include photos, a description of the physical condition of the towers, all lighting and markings, and any work the inspector advises to be done. If it is advised that work is needed on a tower, Contractor shall itemize each task with cost of material and labor for each tower site. Contractor must have at least five (5) years' experience in the inspection and repair of the types of towers contained in this Contract. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA.
