Site work and paving for a road / highway in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
You are invited to submit a quote to complete the above named public improvement. Quotes will be accepted only through the electronic bidding system, Ion Wave Technologies. All responses are due prior to the published closing date and time. No mailed, emailed, faxed, hand delivered or late responses will be accepted. The signed Quote Form will be the contract. You are required to submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) along with the contract. You are required to submit a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance with the quote. Insurance coverage is required in the amount of not less than Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) for any one person, nor less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any one accident. DPW has the right to extend the schedule weather permitting. Upon completion an inspection with Vince Rubio, DPW Foreman, will be required prior to payment. Question Deadline: 9/29/2023 12:00 PM (ET) The City of Columbus may increase/decrease total tonnage, based on total budget allocated for the project. City crews will prepare alleys for overlay. The contractor will be required to obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for any street, traffic lane, alley, parking space or sidewalk closure at website.
