The Client Public Works and Government Services Canada (PSPC) has engaged EBC Inc. to act in the capacity of Construction manager (CM). The new project (P3) consists of a basement , ground floor, and level 2, a Mezzanine, and it is linked to the existing building M50 through the West viewing corridor. The Project P3 is a new modern laboratory, state of the art in engineering, of a concrete frame structure, of around 19,784 sq.ft Supply & install all labour, material, and equipment to complete all mechanical scope including but not limited to Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning, Integrated Automation, TAB, and Commissioning works.
