The Client Public Works and Government Services Canada (PSPC) has engaged EBC Inc. to act in the capacity of Construction manager (CM). The new project (P3) consists of a basement , ground floor, and level 2, a Mezzanine, and it is linked to the existing building M50 through the West viewing corridor. The Project P3 is a new modern laboratory , state of the art in engineering, of a concrete frame structure, of around 19,784 sq.ft (1,838 m2) GFA. Supply & install all labor, material, and equipment to complete electrical scope including but not limited to electrical distribution, emergency power, lighting, controls, fire alarm, communications, and security Value represents entire project.
