Scope of Work Morrison Hall Entrances (base bid) 1. Demolish the existing storefront at the south (front) entry of Morrison Hall. 2. Furnish and install a new Aluminum storefront in the same location with the following features: a. Door size, type, and style to match existing with sidelight to match existing. b. Solar ban 60 glazing or equivalent c. Door hardware to include: closer, continuous hinge, electrified panic with exterior trim handle, threshold, sweeps, weather stripping d. Perimeter sealant e. Submit product data to owner for approval. 3. Furnish and install a new painted steel post and railing at the front door. a. Sketch of design concept attached in appendix 3. Contractor to provide shop drawing for fabrication. Replace existing storefront entrance at Morrison Hall. Provide ADA operators for new entrance. Provide proximity card readers for new storefront entrance and one existing rear entrance. Add alternates: provide up to six total security cameras: 3 in Morrison Hall and 3 at other buildings. Question Deadline 10/03/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The work will need to be under contract by October 23, 2023, and completed prior to February 28, 2024. liquidated damages shall incur in the amount of $300 per day. This is not a prevailing wage project
