Site work for a road / highway in West Finley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The project consists of: 1. Dig out slip area 80 feet. 2. Township to haul spoil away. 3. Drill and drive retaining wall beams 8 centers and into bed rock. 4. Dig out road area and drill for dead man beams. 5. Drive dead man beams and weld on kicker beams. 6. Concrete around beams. 7. Install 6 rows of 2x8x6 concrete lagging with 2 weep holes. 8. Extend beams above road surface approximately 3. 9. Place township supplied stone and back fill to roadway surface. 10. Weld on 4 beams horizontally on roadside of piling and flat bar on backside of beams. All items shall be included as one complete job.
