This project involves the reconstruction of an existing concrete/stone retaining wall located within Jefferson Park at 665 University Ave. The estimated quantity for new reinforced concrete retaining wall is 108 CY of concrete and 14,500 lbs of reinforcement steel. Additionally, the project includes 92 SY of PCC sidewalk and 69 SF of concrete steps. All disturbed turf is to be dressed and seed. The project has two alternates. Alternate 1 is for a plain faced PCC concrete retaining wall. Alternate 2 is for a PCC concrete retaining wall that has a textured face using a form liner. The pattern of the face is to simulate large limestone block a minimum 12" high.
