Renovation of an educational facility in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of 12/11/2023: Per Owner - All bids were rejected North Hall Roof and Building Envelope Repairs Contract No: S.S.H.E. 410 - MU - 21- 03 Commonwealth University - Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General, Roofing, Masonry, Scaffolding and Electrical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Project generally includes the following Scope of Work items to North Hall at Commonwealth University - Mansfield: 1. Cleaning of all clay brick, stone, terra cotta and other exterior masonry materials. 2. Complete repointing of all clay brick, stone, terra cotta and other masonry materials. 3. Select removal and replacement of areas of spalled and/or otherwise damaged clay brick. 4. Select removal and replacement of areas of damaged brownstone. 5. Reconstruction of damaged and/or failing masonry construction elements of the building. 6. Replacement of select broken or missing terra cotta components. 7. Complete reroofing of the entire building with natural slate in the sloped roof areas and fully adhered EPDM roofing in the flat roof areas. 8. Recaulking of all exterior windows. 9. Replacement and/or repainting and refinishing of the building's exterior doors, as scheduled. 10. Other incidental work as defined in the Contract Drawings.
