The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids for the roof replacement project at Conklin, Lathrop and Whitehead schools. Location Whitehead E.S. 2325 Ohio Pkwy. Rockford, IL 61108 Lathrop E.S. 2603 Clover Ave. Rockford, IL 61102 Conklin E.S. 3003 Halsted Rd. Rockford, IL 61101 Direct all questions relative to this Invitation for Bid including specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and Conditions in writing to the Director of Purchasing via email at PurchasingDeptStaff@rps205.com. During the time the bid is in the open solicitation and unawarded phase, Bidders may not contact any District staff or design consultants to inquire about the bidding process or any of the details contained in the Bid Package except in writing and by email to Director of Purchasing. The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the District, such action will serve the best interests of the District.
