Demolition and site work for a residential development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Bids will not be accepted unless the documents have been obtained under the name of the bidding party and all other bid requirements, as identified here, are met. Bids must include all required documentation, bid security and addendum(s). The contact person (s) is/are mwolfe@rochesterhousing.org A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Rochester Housing Authority or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company listed on US Treasury Circular 570, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid more than One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000). For all construction contracts exceeding $150,000, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond & a Payment Bond each for 100% of the contract price (Surety company must be listed on the US Treasury Circular 570 as a certified company), or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit covering 25% of the work, or a 20% cash escrow of the contract price. The Rochester Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening without the express consent of the Rochester Housing Authority.
